Hello... been a while! Not that it is a good excuse, but I've noticed I'm not the only one with "writers block" this past month. Is blogging a thing of the past or is everyone just in a rut? I cant answer that because I dont even know what has brought on my lack of blogging recently but at any rate, I'm back!
So, what's new? Well, I am back on Weight Watchers. First meeting was last Wednesday. It feels good to get back on track. I'm setting small goals starting out. Like my first 5lb loss will lead me to the purchase of a stop watch so that I can start training on the do's and dont's of jogging which will turn into sooner than later I pray training for a half marathon and then a marathon... ok so thats not a mini goal but the stop watch 5 lb goal is mini. To be followed by my 10 lb. goal of a new smokin hot outfit (if it falls when I think it should) which will be right around the time Shannon, Becky, & I get together for our girls get together in mid May. And then to follow up for my 15 lb goal which will be new running shoes. I know, why not have the shoes follow the stop watch... good idea I know, but I have to have a reason to shop somewhere in there! :) My first weigh in is Wednesday and if it wasnt for that pizza & Bud Light on Friday night I wouldnt be phased one bit about it. But I'm only human, right! I mean I stayed within my points so hopefully I have nothing to worry about!
Spring is here which means the calendar is quickly filling for me & Matt! But I am really looking forward to everything (well almost everything). This weekend is Tigers game #2... not sure how well WW is going to get along with ball park food & beer but we'll find out soon enough!
